职位描述：
岗位职责：
分诊
1) Each day check the appointment schedule in the computer
经常在电脑上查看当天预约情况。
2) Regularly observe the patient in the waiting area according to the level of sickness.
根据病人患病程度，定时观察等候区病人。
3) Do the basic nursing assessment, always providing supportive treatment to the patients and co-workers.
进行基础护理评估，总是为病人和其他员工提供支援治疗。
Work With Doctor
随诊
1) Check all consultation rooms; keep the medical documents and equipments in tact for the consultation.
检查所有的医生诊室，保存医疗文件和设备以备诊疗之用。
2) Escort patient to consultation room after triage, standby and prepare to provide nursing care.
在分诊之后陪同病人进入医生诊室，全程陪同以便随时提供护理服务。
3) Ensure all medical instruments are ready prior to the doctor starting any procedure (pap smear, suturing, dressing change etc.)
在医生开始诊疗前，确保所有的医疗设备均运行正常。
4) Inform doctors once test reports arrive, and make further appointments if necessary or according to doctors’ order.
检验结果到达之后及时通知医生，根据医嘱进行复诊预约。
5) If patients need specialist consultation, make the proper arrangements, Inform the floating nurse to take care of the patient and to be responsible for the patients file and specialist consultation.
合理安排病人进行专家会诊，通知巡回护士照顾病人，并负责病人的病历和会诊。

任职要求：
1. 护理专科及以上学历，2年以上护理工作经验。
2. 流利的英文听说读写
3. 护士注册证书，护士执业证书，有消毒隔离培训证者优先
4. 有较强的客户服务意识及客户服务技巧，有较强的团队精神。基础计算机应用操作技能。
