职位描述：
JOB SUMMARY:
Service technician shall give a professional support to customer, distributors and to some degree end customers concerning technical- and/or product usage questions. Service technician shall always strive for customer service excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
1 Provide a professional and appropriate support and advice using Crem products and services to customers, service partners etc.
2 Plan and execute professional trainings for customers, service partners etc.
3 Actively work to improve customer service level.
4 Coordinate the flow of technical information between departments and factory, especially towards the sales department and customers;
5 Manuals, exploded views, spare parts (lists, prices).
6 R&D development and technical information.
7 Technical training to customers
8 Schedules – training content.
9 Tech. updates and information.
10 Technical support to Sales dep.
11 Join in sales meetings and give training.
12 Collect feedback and suggestions from customers concerning possible product improvements.
13 Build up and support the technical service network in order to uphold/improve the company’s image.
14 Act in the best interest of the Sales department and the Company

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1 University degree or diploma is preferable but can be exchanged to technical work experience within the coffee machine industry.
2 Minimum 3 year of working experience related to mechanical or electrical appliance, technicial service
3 Customer support and service experience is preferable
4 Chinese (Mandarin): Native; English: basic.

OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1 Accurate, organized and able to take initiative and proactively solve problems.
2 Sales and Service oriented.
3 Good communication skills and team work attitude.
4 Computer skills: Microsoft Office.
