1.公司IT相关平台、设备、环境、软件的维护工作。
2.快速定位问题，为用户提供现场或远程技术支持，通过电话或网络的方式解决IT技术问题。
3.按照IT统一标准安装PC/MAC系统，协助分配、管理资产。

职位要求:
1.专科及以上在校学生，计算机或相关专业者优先考虑。
2.熟悉windows系统、常见office办公软件及硬件基础知识，有PC装机经验。
3.有服务意识，良好的沟通、表达能力和解决问题的能力。
4.工作细致、认真负责，具有较强的时间观念。
5.良好的英语能力，可以进行简单工作听说读写。
6.一周至少到岗四天。

The plant is equipped with advanced software & hardware and harness laboratory to meet diversified requirements from customers. Shanghai plant implements LEONI global productivity system (LPS) and FORS ERP global network system.
