职位描述：
DIVISION / TEAM:Business Development, Strategy & Marketing Teams
REPORTS TO:Commercial & Channel Director
OBJECTIVE & ROLES:
Support the business development team, marketing team and external consultants with materials development - e.g., proposals, report writing, marketing research and campaign design, etc.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for facilitating the delivery of Go Capture’s international and domestic (China) strategic goals through –
? Supporting the business development and marketing team with day-to-day tasks and planning
? Oversee market research and ensure full use of market and other research
? Developing, planning and implementing Go Capture marketing and communication strategies and programs or projects
? Oversee and guide media activities, such as the development of joint media strategies and oversee media risk management
? overseeing the implementation of communication and brand materials and services for Go Capture
? Coordinating at strategic and tactical levels with the other functions within Go Capture
? Ensuring all communication and marketing efforts are in line with vision, mission, ambition and brand strategy
? Oversee the production of all print and electronic materials such as brochures, annual report and update website

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Level of education
? University Degree or comparable qualifications
Knowledge / Job Specific Competencies:
? Over 3-4 years professional experience in a similar role in either a marketing, consulting and or agency company
? Expert knowledge and experience with putting together client facing powerpoint presentations
? Experience in social marketing (WeChat), non-commercial communications photoshop and graphics design (is desirable).
? Strong knowledge of marketing and media relations
? Experience in the management of complex, multi-stakeholder projects and achieving goals on time and to budget
? Excellent communication and translation skills and abilities
? Languages:
- Fluency in Chinese and English
