职位描述：
职位描述：
1、负责各校区的区域运营管理工作，不断提升各校区的运营能力；
2、协助各校区销售指标的完成；
3、负责各校区运营人员销售培训、政策及项目到各校区的落地与质量监控；
4、定期进行各校区及分管区域各类数据分析并汇报，根据绩效现状进行政策调整，并提出建议跟进落实；
5、负责各校区的销售监控及管理，确保各校区业绩指标的达成；
（包括1、协助招聘营运销售人员；2、线上及线下培训；3、现场管理；4、给予各校区相应指导）
6、负责现有销售策略的调整、梳理和完善，经批准确认后落实执行于区域各校区；
7、根据业务需要，梳理并完善各校区运营相关的各项流程和政策；
8、与教学运营部配合完成运营部门教学服务监督，保证教学服务品质，提高学员满意度，最终达成部门权责以及教师利用率。
9、定期召开月度运营会议和季度教学运营会议，根据公司精神布置运营任务并监督各区域落实执行。
10、定期巡校以保证公司规则在区域、校区内的落实执行
11、配合上级安排的其他工作事项。

任职要求
1、本科及以上学历；
2、有丰富的综合运营管理或销售管理工作经验；
3、熟悉教育培训行业，有丰富的教育培训行业从业经验；
4、有较强的分析能力、判断力和决策力；
5、优秀的语言表达及沟通能力；
6、有责任心、耐心，工作态度积极主动，做事细心；
7、能熟练使用PPT及其他相关办公软件；
