职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Provide excellent services in greeting customers.
2. Identify and answer patients’ questions, direct patients in the right direction, work with relevant department staff to escort patients as much as possible
3. Interact with patients with any issue, answer patient inquiries and assist patient when required with any issue
4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of hospital basic information
5. Present a professional and courteous image to represent customer-focused standards
6. Use proactive listening skills and probing techniques to better understand the patients’ perspectives, behaviors, and motivations
7. Balance quality and quantity; provide information accurately and professionally in a timely fashion in order to assist the maximum number of patients
8. Ensure that the waiting area is tidy and clean
9. Maintain good working relations with all departments
10. Remain calm and professional during stressful circumstances
11. Conduct self in a manner that maintains harmonious working relationships
12. Act with integrity and professionalism at all times
13. Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Willing to take responsibility, integrity
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent oral English and written English
- Excellent communication, customer service and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and able to work under pressure
- Has positive good working attitude and be willing to take challenged work
- Caring in mature manner nature, organized and service oriented

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant education experience
- Hospital, Clinic and hotel reception experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
