工作内容：

1、根据用人部门招聘需求制定的招聘计划，建立合理、有效的招聘体系并按计划完成月度招聘目标；

2、完善公司招聘管理制度及流程，并严格贯彻执行，并对招聘效果进行评估、分析、总结；

3、拓展招聘渠道，优化招聘流程，缩短招聘周期，提高招聘效率，达成月度招聘指标；

4、可以独立开展招聘工作：负责电话邀约、跟进、面试等直至入职前的各环节工作；并能做清晰有效的招聘数据分析；

5、负责建设公司人才库，为公司储备人才。

6、领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格：

1、大专以上学历，2年及以上广告公司人才招聘经验，digital行业者优先录用；

2、熟悉招聘流程，熟练运用各种招聘工具和手段，丰富的招聘经验及技巧；

3、思维敏捷，亲和力强，有良好的判断力和独立解决问题的能力；

4、具备良好的协调能力和团队协作精神，有较强的抗压能力；

5、独立开拓招聘渠道。
