Position: Industrial Engineer
Work Location: Shanghai

Job Description:
？ Report Line: IE & GPS Manager
？ Responsibilities:
○ New project line layout design;
○ SOP projects line layout improvement;
○ Participated in new project quotation, referring to processes definition, assembly line cycle time evaluation and line investment providing;
○ PFMEA design and evaluation;
○ Define detailed manufacturing processes, such as injection, sampling, cutting and sewing, lamination, welding, assembly, etc.,
○ Motion and time study by virtue of MTM, stopwatch study;
○ Product family VSM mapping, analysis and improvement;
○ Machines, tools, jigs, fixture and the other equipment related to production line definition and choosing;
○ Operator work instruction definition, such as SOS, WCT;
○ Line balance and productivity improvement;
○ Material BOM checking and maintenance in SAP system;
○ Take part in engineering change management;
○ Waste identification and Kaizen;
○ Other tasks.

Job Specification / required skills:
？ Bachelor degree or above, major in Industrial Engineering;
？ Automotive industry background;
？ At least 7 years’ experience at industrial engineering or lean manufacturing field;
？ Having rich experience in line layout design, motion and time study and evaluation by virtue of MTM or the other PTS tools, workstation design, fixture and jig design, line balance improvement, lean manufacturing;
？ Possessed supply chain management or logistics knowledge is preferred;
？ Be good at continuous improvement activities;
？ Be good at lean manufacturing tools, such as VSM, SMED, TPM, JIT/JIS, 5S, Kanban and etc.;
？ SAP R/3-Knowledge preferred;
？ Be familiar with Auto CAD software;
？ English language (fluent in spoken and written);
？ Willing to learn, good communication and team work ability, high self-motivation and can work under high pressure.
