职位描述：
POSITION SUMMARY
? Work with relevant departments to finalize annual product calendar
? Lead new product development by working closely with different departments to deliver TC target
? Lead the whole process of product commercialization to meet our quality standard and food margin by working with suppliers and SCM
? Analyse the menu structure constantly to ensure the right menu strategy
? Work with Ops to complete product store operating procedure
? Assist QA for trouble-shooting at store and supplier
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : The essential duties and responsibilities of this position, to include but are not limited to –
? Complete Annual Calendar of New Product Development and Existing Product Improvement
? New Product Development, Presentation, Consumer Survey
? Existing Product Improvement, Presentation, Consumer Survey if necessary
? Product Commercialization at both Supplier and Commissary
? Product Margin Computation and Control
? Documentation---All Technical Documents (SOP, JA, RM Specs. Process Flow etc.)
? Work with Procurement to Develop Back-up Supplier
? Work with SCM for Existing Supplier Replacement
? Trouble-shooting (Quality Tracking) to ensure quality consistency
? Team Build-up through constant coaching and training
QUALIFICATIONS : Education, Working experience, Knowledge, skills and abilities
? Major in food science and technology, bachelor or above
? Minimum 10years working experience in food industry, fast food preferred
? Strong capability in leading the whole process of food development from concept to store launch
? Strong sense of latest food trend and clear vision of menu strategy
? Good supplier management in food cost control and quality consistency
? Good cross-function communication and interpersonal skill
? Good command of English in both oral and written
? Good team player
