职位描述：
Assist the Engineering superior with general hotel and building maintenance and ensure that work is completed to a high standard within your established trade which meets the needs and expectations of your customers. 协助工程主管负责整个酒店及大厦的维修，确保在你的专业领域中高标准完成工作并满足客户的需要和期望。

Operate boiler and attend all repair works related to steam supply. 操作锅炉并负责与供汽有关的所有维修工作
Maintain all additional systems which adjust the quality of boiler and laundry systems 保养所有其他调整锅炉质量和洗衣房系统的系统
Record mechanical readings of boiler, laundry and steam system 记录锅炉、洗衣房和蒸汽系统的机械读数
Carries out repairs and maintenance of domestic hot & cold water systems, cooling water systems, storm and sanitary sewer systems, irrigation/fountain water systems and swimming pools. 进行维修国内冷热水系统，冷却水系统、卫生下水道系统、灌溉/喷泉系统和泳池。
Attends to repairs or replacement of all bathroom / toilet fixtures in guest rooms, public areas and back-of-the-house areas. 负责维修或更换客房，公共区和后勤区所有的浴室/卫生间设备
Attends to repair and maintenance of refrigeration equipment such as centrifugal Chillers, air cooled Chillers, walk in cold room and freezer rooms and other commercial/industrial refrigeration equipment. 负责制冷设备的维修和保养，如，涡轮冷冻机、风冷式冷冻机、步入式冷藏室和冷冻室及其他商用/工业制冷设备。
Attends to repair and maintenance of air conditioning equipment such as window units, package units and fan coil units. 负责空调设备的维修和保养，如窗式空调、柜式空调和风冷式空调等。

Carries out repairs and maintenance of domestic hot & cold water systems, cooling water systems, storm and sanitary sewer systems, irrigation/fountain water systems and swimming pools. 实施国产冷热水系统、冷却水系统、风暴和卫生下水道系统、灌溉/喷泉供水系统和游泳池的维修和保养。
Carries out electric arc or oxy acetylene welding . 实施电弧焊接和氧乙炔焊接
Replacement or new construction projects which may include GI, PVC and cast iron piping and fabrication of necessary brackets supports for installation. 更换或新的施工工程，可能包括安装白铁皮、PVC和铸铁管道和必要的托臂支架的装配。
Attends to repairs or replacement of all bathroom / toilet fixtures in guest rooms, public areas and back-of-the-house areas. 负责客房、公共区域和酒店后勤区域所有厕所/盥洗室固定装置的维修或更换
Cleans all manholes and clears sewage and storm water line blockages using sneaker machine or ropes and ring arrangement as required.清洁所有检修孔，并根据需要，使用疏通机、绳或环清理下水道和风暴水管的堵塞。

Attends to all types of repair and maintenance work in the Hotel premises including any new additions / extensions to the Hotel or any other properties maintained by the Hotel. 负责酒店内所有类型的维修工作，包括酒店的任何新的补充/扩展或酒店维修的任何物业事项。

Participates in Hotel Energy Conservation Program. 参加酒店节能计划。
Use initiative and foresight to undertake tasks outlined within the preventative maintenance program without the direction of the Shift Engineer/Chief Engineer. 在没有当班工程师/总工程师指导的情况下，主动并预见性的着手于预防性维修计划中规定的工作任务。
Responsible for servicing and attending to repairs on various types of equipment such as laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, including motors, pumps, fans, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plant and electricity generators, electric lights & powers, CCTV, telephone, TV, fire lives and safety equipment & system. 负责服务和维修各种类型的设备，如洗衣设备、厨房设备、供暖、通风和空调设备，包括电机、水泵、风机、水处理厂、污水处理厂及发电机，电灯和电力、闭路电视、电话、电视、消防和安全设备及系统。
