Key Accountabilities主要职责:
In addition to following Lane Crawford’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Human Resources Services 人力资源服务
 To assist in all human resources actions such as promotion, salary adjustment, transfer, resignation and termination are executed in accordance with the company policies
协助开展人力资源其他的工作开展,确保符合公司的政策和标准,包括人员晋升、薪酬调整、转岗、离职及辞退等
 To conduct Pulse Check and Exit Interviews and ensure all related reports are updated on a bi-weekly basis for your direct supervisor further action.
负责员工满意度调查和离职面谈,及时反馈并向上级提交所涉报告
 To ensure all HR initiatives comply with the legal statutory
确保所有的人力资源工作的开展符合相关法律法规的要求
 To input into IPL, TalentLink, i-leave, ect to ensure all records are up-to-date and are maintained in a timely manner
确保员工档案信息在IPL, TalentLink, i-leave等系统中准确及时的录入及维护
 To provide HR reports and statistics in a timely and accurate way
准确及时完成各项人力资源报表和分析
 To promote employee relations through ongoing advice and effective communication
开展员工活动及有效沟通以提升员工关系
 To assist in the implement HR programs and policies in a quality manner
以有素质的工作态度实施人力资源项目和政策
 To fully understand and be able to communicate our Omni-channel business model with our internal and external customers.
能完全理解并与内外部客户进行关于连通商贸的沟通和交流
 To build strong and long-term relationships with internal customers and stake holders to facilitate an open working environment and service culture
与内部客户建立长期的、紧密的关系,以促进开放的工作环境和服务文化
 To understand and analyse customer needs and see things from their perspective.
从客户的角度看待、分析问题以满足客户的需求
 To manage internal staff expectations and handle issues, complaints and feedback in a professional manager.
以专业的角度对内部客户的期望、投诉进行反馈和处理
 To undertake any other duties / special assignments as directed by your direct supervisor.
负责直接主管安排的其他工作或任务

Recruitment and Selection 招聘及选拔
 To manage all recruitment activities ensuring smooth and effective recruitment process at all times for assigned area of business
负责被编排的各业务部门所有招聘工作并确保顺利、有效开展
 To carry out recruitment in alignment with department budget and the Company goal.
确保招聘工作的开展与部门预算和公司目标一致
 To be involved in recruitment interventions such as recruitment days, recruitment and on boarding communication etc which builds Lane Crawford’s image as an “Employer of Choice”?
积极参与宣讲会、职业体验日等招聘活动,树立良好的连卡佛公司的品牌及口碑
 To work with your direct supervisor and team members to identify ways to improve Lane Crawford’s ability to attract and retain talent.
协同人力资源其他成员持续提升连卡佛对外部人才的吸引力
Compensation & Benefits
 To handle HR administration of assigned areas and ensure all salary, staff movement, benefit actions are carried out on time and accurate.
确保薪资、人员变动、福利等人力资源工作及时、有效的开展
 To assist in the company’s annual review and HR processes e.g. annual salary review, budget process and performance management tracking and reviewing.
促进人力资源年度工作总结及相关工作开展,包括但不限于年度薪酬调整、预算制定及绩效评估
