职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
? Secure Register, price and item information in our specific IT systems
? Secure that agreements are correctly archived
? Test management, contact with suppliers regarding test and item information
? Responsible for the information flow works between the different departments regarding item information
? Communicate with Suppliers about samples, testing, orders and shipments
? Samples logging, packing and delivery arrangement
? Manage and Organise samples storage
? Work actively with seeking to improve yourself and gain further knowledge in your field of responsibility

Position Requirements:
? Diploma or above graduation in Sourcing/ Procurement or equal knowledge based on working experience
? Experience of merchandising/ purchasing administration is preferable.
? Good written and oral English is preferable
? Proficient in MS Office
? Preferable in well known of CBX
? Team Player, but able to work independently
? Focused and detail-oriented
? High level of responsibility and strong work ethics
