职位描述：
1.Responsible for region's sales performance, push and expand the incentive programs, to meet the sales target.

2. Timely visit sales leaders in the region, communicate company's updated information to them, to drive the WA number growth to exceed the assigned KPI and be the window between sales leaders and the company.

3. Follow up company sales strategy, to conduct goal setting with sales leaders, to conduct company rule to sales leaders, to execute recognition roadmap

4.Organize regular business meeting, collect the feedback from the sales field, for the operation optimization.


Job Qualification：

1.Bachelor degree or above,fluent English ablity

2.3-5 years of Direct selling industry experience and Solid Sales & Marketing experience

3.Good at Excel/PPT skill

4.Communication influencing and customer oriented mind

5.Understanding of direct selling,business philosophy and SCP
