National Sales Excellence Assistant Manager
1. LEAD S&OP PROCESS
- Understand KCM S&OP process, and lead monthly/bi-weekly update of sales demand/forecasting;
- Prepare and co-lead monthly S&OP meeting with GCLT;
- Track and analyse on S&OP forecasting KPIs;
- Lead SLOB management process via cross function team work.
- Liaise with supply chain on overall supply situation to meet sales demand.
2. SALES DATA REPORTING
- Be responsible for sales reports on monthly/quarterly/annual basis as well as data insight from the reports;
- Well manage OSI report to help distributor management as well as internal S&OP forecasting;
- Provide business insights based on sales data understanding;
3. SALES SYSTEM MANAGEMENT
- Propose necessary sales system requirement and co-work with BPT to find solution;
4. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Liaise with field sales and other NSE member on distributor management to improve sales productivity;
- Support line manager on adhoc sales project management;
