职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Identify business opportunities and implications of process (re-)engineering projects
2. Develop business cases and perform impact analysis, engaging a wide range of stakeholders within business and IT, including third party providers.
3. Persuade senior business managers of the benefits of process change, in situations where there is significant resistance, and likely disruption to business.
4. Lead projects.
5. Direct, establish, and implement policies and procedures to support business applications and infrastructure.
6. Work with business systems colleagues and third party service providers to analyze the high-level information requirements and information flows required to support better processes
7. Undertake systems analysis, design, and systems building activities.
8. Designated Subject Matter Expert in area of responsibility
9. Actively manage relationships with business and functional groups as designated point of contact
10. Actively manage relationships with third party providers as designated point of contact
11. Work largely autonomously on a range of projects and tasks with multiple parts
Essential Qualifications:
1. 5-8 years of experience in SAP IT department and / or SAP consulting positions
2. Proven ability in SAP Logistics areas, technically and operationally
3. Proven record of professional progression and a broad understanding of SAP.
4. Future focused, willing to embrace new SAP technologies such as S/4 HANA.
5. Experience in different business environments and IT related systems
6. Familiar with an international, multi-cultural environment.
7. Experience translating business needs into project requirements
8. Project Management skills
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
10. Strong time management skills

Desired Qualifications:
· Knowledge in SAP S/4, HANA Enterprise, development and/or support
· Experience in chemical manufacturing or process industries
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related scientific application
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Fluent in English, Chinese
