职位描述：
1) Be responsible for evaluating, selecting, and ordering equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products.
负责评估、选择和定购对公司产品生产最适合及最符合成本效益的设备。
2) Oversee the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
监督生产设备的安装、调整、升级和维护。
3) Keep up to date on equipment manufacturers' technical notices, upgrades and safety issues.
负责更新设备制造商提供的技术要点、设备升级和安全规章。
4) Establish programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process.
建立管理程序,提高生产设备运行时间,及时解决影响生产的设备问题。
5) Define and writes preventative maintenance schedules.
制定设备的日常维护进度表并保证其贯彻执行。
6) Prepare the spare parts.
备品备件管理
7) Be responsible for designing, improving the assembly tools.
设计和改进生产装配的工装夹具
8）Fulfill the other task arranged by production manager.
完成生产经理布置的其它相关工作

职位要求：
1) Bachelor degree, major in machine or related fields
本科，机械相关专业，机电一体化优先。
2) Above 5 years working in equipments dept and maintenance experience.
五年以上设备部门维护经验
3) Equipment management skills
具备设备管理经验
4) Good command of listening, oral, reading and writing English
英文听说读写熟练
5) Be familiar with Microsoft Office / AutoCAD software
熟练使用Office办公软件，AutoCAD绘图软件。
6) Self-motivated team player
有团队合作及吃苦耐劳的精神
7) Ability to work independently
能按时独立的完成设计任务
8) Good communication skills
良好的沟通能力
