机械工程师的职责包括但不限于以下内容：

?为现场安装提供技术/工程支持

?设计和评估新的绝缘系统/应用

工艺设计和改进。

?协助海外项目，如图纸和文件。

1 Purpose

The purpose with this procedure is to document tasks, responsibility and authority of the Project Engineer in TI China Co. Ltd.

2 Definition

None

3 Organization

The Mechanical Engineer reports to Engineering Manager and General Manager.

4 Qualification

College or University degree, experience may compensate for lack of formal education with can-do attitude, self-learning and self-motivated

Willing to take challenges and work under pressure

Good skills in Solidworks or equivalent 3D tools, AutoCAD or equivalent

Good English skills, able to write English reports

FEA knowledge is preferable

Good knowledge of mechanics, thermodynamics is a plus

5 Responsibility and authority

The Mechanical Engineer responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Provide technical / engineering support for site installation

Design and evaluate new insulation systems/application

Process design and improvement.

Assist in oversea projects such as drawings and documentation.

Repot to Site Manager
