Mailman’s Tourism Team is an integration team, we do not only handle social media, but also mass media, even branding, creative and BTL partnership. This position therefore will be the key person in this team. He/She will meet challenges from strategy level and execution as well. Strategic, creative and logic thinking is very solid requirement for this position.
Reporting of the role
This Role reports to this team head, strategic director.
Three key pillars for this role
? Capability of debrief and brief digest: clearly know about clients' needs and consumers' needs
? Creative thinking : creative idea generation and story telling
? Logical analysis: planning logics and analysis of industry, internet, consumer behavior
Responsibilities of the role
? Keep knowledge at the forefront of current and future tourism industry thinking, plus media trend artificial intelligence, and internet plus.
? Provide insightful and comprehensive communication solutions
? Confidently present and participate in client meetings in English and Mandarin, both having and articulating a clear POV
? Prioritize tasks and appropriately delegate to individual members of the team, ensuring they are given adequate time, resource and are sufficiently trained to execute tasks like reporting: campaign launch, optimization and campaign end, monthly & weekly with high quality and consistency
? Support the business director by delivering quality output in a timely manner and acting as a mentor to junior employees
? Continuously work with the team to arrive at the best process/systems for managing our business, for example, optimize the campaign process to promote clients’ interests with strategically important media owners
Requirements of the role
Basic skills
? Solid understanding across all digital channels (SEM, Affiliates, Display & Programmatic, Partnerships, Social, Mobile, E-commerce, etc.)
? Understanding of owned channel management
? Experienced at both performance and brand digital planning and execution
? Exposure to and understanding of offline media channels and planning and how to integrate digital into the overall media mix
? 3 year+ experience in relevance
? Excellent verbal/written English communication skills
Personal specification
? Solid communication skills across all levels - internal and external
? Numerate and analytical
? Project management experience
? Planned and organized - attention to detail
? Strategic, creative and logic thinking
? Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
? Client relationship management
? Stress management
