职位描述：
1. 接到新订单后和各个部门协调，确认可行性。
Coordinate the availability of orders with different departments after getting a new order.
2. 给客户准备订单确认书,记录每一笔定单及制定每周的销售报告。
Make the order confirmation to customer, record every order and make weekly sales report.
3. 准备并发给客户订单上所需的所有文件。
Prepare and send all of the necessary documents based on the order.
4. 在各部门的协调下，处理客户投诉及意见建议。
Deal with customer’s complaints and other request by support of related department.
5. 和财务及销售部门配合，跟踪客户付款情况。
Trace and push the payment situation of customer cooperated with sales department and financial department.
6. 处理与客户之间的日常联系。
Deal with the daily contact with the customer.
