职位描述：
Brandigo China is seeking a talented graphic designer to join our creative team. You will report to the Art Director and work on a wide variety of projects, from print brochures to WeChat campaigns across a wide range of clients. You have several years of experience in an agency or in-house environment.

任职要求：
Responsibilities:
1.Understand the client’s brief as well as their requirements 理解客户简报的设计要求；
2.You work with a wide range of media and are able to use different graphic design software
能够与广泛的媒体合作并熟练使用不同的设计软件；
3.You are able to think creatively and contribute your own ideas to the process (again, not just execution-based work). You have the ability to develop new design concepts, graphics and visuals or layouts.
能够发挥创意并融入自身理念在项目过程中，并非执行基础性的设计工作。需要有发挥创新的设计概念、视觉设计及排版能力；
4.Prepare drafts of your ideas and present them internally 准备构想自身的设计理念并团队内部呈现；
5.Complete work and prepare final versions of designs for clients to provide feedback/approval
完成作品并为客户要求的最终设计作品提供反馈审批；
6.Work as part of a team of designers, copywriters, brand strategists, account managers, and project managers
能够成为设计、文案、策略及客户项目经理创意团队一员。

Requirements:
Design/Technical
1.熟练运用Indesign，PS，Illustrator等设计软件；
Excellent skills with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator;
2.能够对平面设计、排版布局、色彩搭配、视觉作品及中英文字体类型有良好的审美感；
You have a good understanding of graphic design, layouts, color combinations, visual compositions as well as font/type treatments both in Chinese and English
3.对微信后台运营策划有一定的认识；
Experience with WeChat backend;
4.熟悉H5/CSS代码,影视短片编辑，动画等技巧优先考虑；
HTML/CSS - Video Editing - Motion graphics skills a plus;
5.能够维护企业视觉形象。
You are able to follow client’s brand and design guidelines.\

Language/Experience

1.有2年以上在广告、数字营销等领域的设计经验；
2+ years'work experience in advertising, digital marketing or related field as a designer;
2.能够对中英文的文案内容处理自如；
Native Chinese ability and/or ability to work with Chinese and English text;
3.掌握日常的商务英语能力（尤其应用书面英语进行文本排版）；
Strong ability in daily business English (fluency is not required, but you MUST be able to understand written English, especially when it comes to text layout);
4.能合理安排时间同时处理多任务；
Strong multi-tasking skills;
