General Summary
Responsible for the general accounting and reporting of a legal entity, working together with the finance team of IMI Critical Engineering Greater China
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
? Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
? Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
? Supports budget and forecasting activities.
? Effectively control the credit granted to customers and closely monitor collection activities
? Responds to inquiries from the Finance Director, and other finance and firm wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.
? Ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.
? Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
? Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.
? Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
? Support Finance Director with special projects and workflow process improvements.
Job Specifications
? University degree in Finance / Accounting is preferred.
? 5-7 years supervisory experience in financial reporting / general ledger area
? Be familiar with ERP principles and processes
? Good learner with ability to absorb new technological concepts quickly.
? Highly customer focused.
? Good communication skills, proficient in written English
? Team Work and Sense of carefulness.
