职位描述：
高级软件测试工程师
1、负责系统的功能及性能测试，把握产品质量
2、理解业务流程，能够参与业务流程讨论，提出产品建议意见
3、思路清晰，善于表达、沟通，具有较好的团队间沟通、协调能力
4、可以协助团队完成功能测试、Web/接口 自动化测试脚本开发，执行自动化测试、接口、性能测试等

岗位要求：
1、全日制本科以上学历，至少3年以上测试经验，性能测试须有相关项目经验，且有深入的研究
2、有无线应用APP测试经验（Android，iOS）
3、熟悉测试流程，掌握功能测试、自动化测试、接口测试、单元测试等测试方法
4、熟练掌握Java/Python等至少一种脚本语言，有自动化测试脚本开发或测试框架开发经验者优先
5、熟悉Linux基本操作、测试环境搭建，熟悉MySQL, PostSQL数据库操作
6、熟悉一种或多种测试工具或测试框架：Selenium、QTP、Robotium、Appium；熟悉Loadrunner、Jmeter等性能测试工具
