职位描述：
岗位要求：
1、 熟悉室内设计及装潢，对商场专柜、专卖店现场装修流程熟悉，
2、 熟悉大型百货商场的装修报批手续及流程，材料及施工规范
3、 负责设计图对道具下单、质量监控；现场指导和监督装修、装修及店铺施工验收
4、负责对接、安排和跟进店铺维修；编制施工、验收指导手册
5、施工前手续整理、跟进，施工中监控装修质量、协调解决装修、道具问题；
6、与设计部门对接设计方案事项；
7、按照品牌要求验收装修及柜台，协调品牌及施工方的之间的问题；
8、负责商铺消防申报及改造的协调跟进工作，与政府部门进行良好的沟通；
任职要求：
1.大专以上，设计、工程类相关专业；
2. 2年以上商业空间形象设计与工程管理经验，有服装行业经验者优先；
3.熟练操作CAD等办公软件；
4.能合理、有效地协调各项相关工作，工作严谨、认真、细致；
5.较强的工作责任感和团队协作能力；
6.能适应出差，能吃苦；
