职位描述：
Responsibility 岗位职责：
- Develop new products according to customer’s requirements
   根据客户要求在产品开发经理的领导下开发新产品
- To negotiate with suppliers for price and quality
  与供应商洽谈价格和产品质量
- Familiar with the whole merchandising procedure from looking for new suppliers, developing new products, pricing, following up samples, order confirmed with details of product quality, package. etc.
   熟悉整个跟单流程，从寻找新供应商、产品开发、报价、样品跟踪，包含大货产品品质、包装等细节在内的最终订单确认等
- Assist the leader to solve problems during the above procedure
   协助领导解决工作中遇到的问题
- Other related things request from the leader
   其他来自公司领导的工作

Requirements 任职要求：
-3 to 5 years export merchandising experience，good knowledge in ceramic,glassware,metal and plastic preferred
 3-5年出口跟单经验,尤其是对陶瓷、玻璃、金属、塑料等产品熟悉的优先考虑
-Strong skills in sourcing, product development, sampling processes and price negotiation
  在采购、产品开发、打样和议价等方面有很强的能力
-Effectively interact with company internal departments and outside suppliers
 与公司内部及供应商进行有效的沟通，协调
-Ability to work independently
  独立工作能力
-Outgoing personality, hard-working, initiative and positive disposition,willing to travel
  性格外向，工作刻苦，自觉主动和积极的工作态度,愿意出差
-Good in spoken and written English
 英语口语和书写要好
