Mission:
To support sustainable profitable growth, in the context of strong business growth mode, the Regional Human Resources Manager shall define the regional HR strategies, drive HR key process in the region and ensure the best practices in accordance with national legislation and AC Group principles to support business needs and organizational development.
Ensure the company attracts, retains, develops and motivates the work force to effectively meet the strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibility
General:
1. Be the senior HR contact for all levels of management and supervision
2. Be involved and actively contribute to strategic planning projects, participate M&A project, conduct due diligence and ensure the adequate HR and culture integration is in place post acquisition
3. Manage and ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures across the region
4. Promote, develop and maintain transparency, integrity and compliance to good practices, business code of conduct and business courtesy
Recruitment & integration:
5. Ensure employee contracts, job descriptions and profiles are current and aligned with the IPE salary and ratings
6. Lead recruitment process, choose the right recruitment channel, identify qualified candidates and assist hiring managers in making the right hiring decision.
7. Liaison with HR shared service in hire to retire admin process, ensure accurate employee information is provided on time.
8. Make sure manager gets the new employees’ orientation ready and on boarding preparation is completed, probation period follow up and manage probation review process.
Organization Capability & Competency development:
9. Work closely with the management team, clearly understand the business strategy, ensure the right organization design, formulate the right HR strategy to support the business needs
10. Work closely with the managers, understand each function’s challenge, evolution , lead Talent Review Process and make sure competency development resources
11. Annual training needs collection and implementation, and put in place other means of development (e.g. experience, exposure, mentor) where needed
Performance Management & compensation:
12. Ensure performance management process is well implemented and effectively support business priorities and organizational capability build up
13. Define the C&B strategy and ensure its execution
14. Support managers and employees in C&B decisions and related inquiries.
Reporting & Others:
15. Ensure that HR reporting is accurate, up-to-date and submitted on a timely basis
16. Keep informed and take a proactive approach to legislated matters, ensuring compliance and advising management and supervision of changes
17. Coordinate Business Area HR initiatives in the region. Network to increase HR visibility and promote our brand both internally and externally
18. Take care of the atmosphere in the organization, follow up insight survey and implement actions plan to ensure continuous improvement
19. Discuss with Managers to review any proposed terminations and own the process
20. Ensure exit interviews are performed to gain insight into voluntary resignations
21. Partner with legal counsel to assist in preparing employment related cases
Qualification & Experience requirements
? Solid leadership, human resources management processes and principles, solution offering and strategic thinking
? Organizational development, operating procedures, and HR policies and procedures experience
? Good communicator, a trust-worthy partner, fluent in English, other language a benefit
? Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations
? Customer focus and continuous improvement mindset without losing sight of corporate objectives
? Good organizational & planning skills, presentation and project management skills.
? Must know when to challenge the status-quo, be flexible and be able to multi-task
? Maintain a supportive attitude and help to maintain a positive and fun atmosphere
? Minimum 5-10 years of Human Resources experience, on an international basis.
