职位描述：
Reports to: Asia L&L Product, R&D Leader
Location: Shanghai
Works with: Members in Quality, Product Development, Manufacturing, Sales，Purchasing and counterparts in Asia, US and Europe.

Responsibilities:
- Lead moisture cure sealant and adhesive development projects; focus on new development for existing market or new market:
> Has the chemical expertise of material application, manufacturing and raw materials. Be familiar with Silane modified pre-polymer and related adhesive formulation is preferred.
> Moisture cure sealant and adhesive formula development, testing and scale up.
> Clarify material characteristics requirements and specifications, translate technical objectives in lab program, organize the characterization of materials under development, coordinate the industrial implementation on existing or new industrial equipment and the problem-solving during start-up; create technical data sheets and MSDS.
- Provide cross-functional support with expertise & leadership as following
> For the commercialization process, insure efficient interactions between R&D, Quality, Product Development, Manufacturing, Sales and Purchasing.
> Get new material approval at OEM and provide technical support.
> Proactive in L&L material strategy definition by proposing new developments for unmet customer needs.
> Working with purchasing to make sure our raw material sources are secured, are at the right quality and best cost.
- Ensure good exchanges and cooperation with other R&D departments in the group; in case of worldwide leadership on projects, coordinate the fulfilling specification assessment, industrialization on compounding and transformation process validations and application validations on a global scale.

Qualifications:
- Master or PHD degree in Chemistry of Chemical Engineering, specialized in Polymers and/or Material science.
- Minimum 3 years experiences on Silane modified sealant and adhesive formula development and manufacture.
- Autonomy in material development and industrialization.
- Work independently.
- Fluent in both written and oral English and Mandarin.
- Results orientation with strong communications skills.
