Job Description:
1.Responsible for quality and pre-scan coordinate/arrangement
- Closely communicate with vendor and teammates about audit schedule
- Professional issue out the audit report to related parties
2.Responsible for system data maintenance
- Timely create relevant factory which audited by HK office in AllegroB and uploads relevant reports
- Upload relevant reports to Soda and keep data clean and correct
- Issue FID to apparel vendors in time
3.Responsible for other projects
- Summarize auditor time study, auditor summary, monthly summary and summary quality audit questionnaire every month;
- Update BSCI status every month and communicate with other parties for BSCI status updated.
- Coordinate and support for relevant workshops of compliance team
4.Other assignment from supervise

Requirements:
- Colloge degree above
- Patient and well coworker;
- Family with office tools. eg. excel, ppt etc
