5. lead a designer team to complete full season collection, catalog presentation and tech pack per style.
6. complete sales-man sample in time.
7. attend conversation meeting in headquarter, present new collection to owner. Explain technical details and design advantage.
8. cooperate with merchandiser team to achive production.
9. report to general manager a clear timing schedule.
10. cooperate with chief designer in oversea about styling creative and sample approval.
