The role is required to provide management of the China ITSD team.
Working with the various services that provide desktop support the business and IT users in China. This is management role, overseeing strategy, providing reporting, and interaction with local stakeholders in China. As a country lead the candidate will be responsible for all Trade-Floor Desktop, Hardware & Printer services for the China and escalation point of contact for business (traders, business managers, business users, etc.).
The China lead will also be helping to formulate and drive the support model in China, including the integration into the global ITSD support modal. The previous headcount holder has left UBS and we will use this opportunity to not only backfill but upgrade to a Director, as discussed in the recent China Workshop. The cost is borne directly by the China Business Unit. The increase in level is to reflect the greater responsibility and capabilities required.
