职位描述：
1. The Aim of the Role (what output the organization expects to have)
     Ensurecompany policies and management systems implementation and control through the review of our policies, procedures, forms and records Maintain and update management systems, monitoring quality activities, and improvie effectiveness and efficiency of management systems through PDCA/CAP system

2. Main Activities and responsibility
a. Ensure company policies and management systems implementation and control through the review of our policies, procedures, forms and records
b. Maintain and update management systems, monitoring quality activities, and improvie effectiveness and efficiency of management systems through PDCA/CAP system
c. Responsible for the management of individual and team performance. Has the responsibility of identifying training and development needs for quality staff, and ensuring these needs are met
d. Plan and implement internal audits(ISO9001 and 14001), regulatory audits, 3rd party system accrediation audits and inspections
e. Assist complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures, resulting in the development of refined machines, materials, processes, products, and/or scientific methods.
f. Prepare and/or coordinate with other departments on quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations
g. Cooperate with HR to implement training program concerned with quality activities
h. Handle customer claims and employ CAP in problem solving loop, including customer visit
i. Ensure the quality of raw material with the support from procurement department, including supplier audit
j. Other related corporate management system activities
3. Knowledge
Bachelor degree or higher (Chemistry preferred)
Awareness and knowledge of current Health and Safety law/practices
English communication skill
4. Experience
Strong background in quality system analysis like 6sigma, MSA and etc.,
At least five years experience in a quality management position (polymer industry preferred) 举报 分享
