职位描述：
工作职责：
1. Assist EHSF Manager/Site Deputy Operation Director/Plant Manager to maintain, improve and develop EHS management system, including: LTAR<= 0.1; 5S audit reach Golden standard; pass HS&FSPP audit; ensure people and property safety; ISO14001&OHSAS18001 management system maintenance; Perform risk assessment for all work stations and new purchased equipment and follow up the status of the corrective and preventive action to EHS audit; implement safety training; improve safety mindset; incident and accident investigation; EHS data collection and analysis.
协助上海区EHSF高级经理/工厂运营副总监/工厂厂长维护、提高与开展EHS管理系统，包括：达成公司LTAR<= 0.1目标；5S稽核达到金牌标准；HS&FSPP审核达标；确保设备及人员的安全；ISO14001&OHSAS18001体系维护；执行公司各岗位以及新设备的安全评估并跟进各项EHS审核后发现项整改内容的完成情况；新员工、转岗员工及年度安全培训实施，提高员工的安全意识；事故事件调查；以及完成EHS数据的统计与分析等。

2. Be responsible for fire safety management of shanghai plant; To perform regular inspection and maintenance to fire-fighting system; To develop fire safety management procedures and control methods; To implement regular fire safety inspections, track the problem and assist related departments to implement corrective and preventive actions; To implement emergency response plan in shanghai plant and organize fire safety exercise and evacuation drill regularly,carry out investigation into fire incident & near misses and follow-up the remedy plan.
负责上海区工厂消防安全管理工作；落实消防系统设备的定期检查与维护保养工作；制定消防安全管理制度、程序，以及控制方法；落实定期的消防安全各项检查工作，对检查中发现的问题进行跟踪并协助相关部门予以落实；负责上海区工厂应急响应计划的落实并定期组织消防应急演练,对火灾事故/事件调查并追踪整改的完成情况。
3. Perform safety assessment for engineering project, deliver training to contractors and perform daily safety management for them.
实施工程项目的安全评估,为承包商提供安全培训并监管其日常施工的安全状况。
4. Accomplishes other EHSF related works in the framework of legitimate authorization.
在合情、合理、合法情形下完成公司安排的其他与EHSF相关的工作。

任职资格：
1. Bachelor or above in safety/environmental/health related field;
安全/环境/卫生相关专业毕业，本科以上学历
2. Three years or above EHS working experience in multinational company;
具有三年以上外资企业EHS工作经验
3. Get fire management certificate and qualified fire safety specialist, be familiar with fire safety system and fire safety management system;
取得消防管理以及建筑构消防员资质，熟悉消防系统以及消防管理体系
4. Good communication skill;
具有良好的沟通技巧，能与不同阶层的人员沟通
5. Responsible and possess professional ethics
