职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Advertisement management system (AMS) implementation to different BU or JVCs.
2. Obtain detailed business requirements in relation to a number of pre-defined business processes.
3. Scope out into a detailed set of requirements that will be used for a software development project.
4. Coordinate with the project team to ensure the system is delivered on schedule, in budget and within scope.
5. Coordinate key user to finish user acceptance test.
6. Carry out commercial business and related system administration, daily support, end-user training.
7. System security control and other application system development.
8. Maintains documentation of all changes by following the change management process.
1.负责AMS(Advertisement Management System)系统的在各业务单元实施与应用；
2.根据预定义的业务流程，获取详细的业务需求；
3.分析业务需求，为软件项目开发进行准备；
4.协调项目团队各成员保证项目按时间，预算，范围内进行交付；
5.协调各部门的关键用户完成线上系统用户验收测试；
6.业务系统的维护，管理，支持和对终端用户的培训；
7.系统安全控制和其他必要信息系统的开发，实施, 并遵照变更管理的要求；
8.维护所有变更管理中的文档，并遵循变更管理的流程。

Qualifications:
1. Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
2. Should possess at least 5 years of experience in software implementation, preferably with reasonable experience in programming and 2 years of experience in project management.
3. Knowledge of ERP and related project implementation, database programming and application development
4. Business analysis skill , Good communication skill, Project management skill，preferably with PHP programming skill is plus
5. Fluent English in reading, writing, speaking
1.计算机，信息技术或相关专业的本科学历；
2. 5年以上软件实施经验，具备程序设计经验，2年项目管理经验者优先；
3. 熟悉ERP或相关项目实施知识(实施方法论)，熟悉网页技术，编程及应用程序开发；
4. 业务分析能力，沟通能力，项目管理能力，具备PHP编程能力优先；
