职位描述：
Mission:
He/She shall:
? Support the Group and the Group Business Units ambitions and objectives.
? Support GBUs in assessing and developing their Value Creation potential.
? Help GBUs senior industrial management to define challenging targets and objectives.
? Develop and deploy within various sites the change management methodology and toolbox.
? Challenge the maintenance work processes to reach Excellence by improving / changing the ways of working.
? Implement standards, knowledge base and innovative toolkits supporting these ways of working leading to Maintenance Excellence according to Group’s vision and policy.
? Propose innovative transversal projects leading to continuous improvement in the field of Reliability & Maintenance Excellence.
? Contribute actively to preserve and develop competencies and talents of the Reliability & Maintenance family.
? Ensure the exchanges of best practices and lessons learned between sites, GBUs and between ME experts.
? Contribute actively in proposing, developing and supporting initiatives in the field of digital transformation of the Group with regards to Reliability, Maintenance and Performance of our assets and teams.

Responsibilities:
? Implementation of Group policies and Group standards for Maintenance Excellence in AP Zone.
- Frameworks of best practices supporting manufacturing processes
- Key Maintenance Performance Indicators
- Guidelines, procedures, methodologies for diagnostic, identification of improvement levers, executing improvement actions and projects, including follow-up and audit support
- Smart Tools for Performance tracking, Reporting and Monitoring
? Support to the projects or programs within the businesses for the identification of improvement levers, setting smart objectives and carrying-out Maintenance Excellence programs.
? Support and coach execution of improvement projects by promoting use of Manufacturing Excellence Toolkits & Methods.
? Management of maintenance audits in production sites according to Solmax management system in order to maintain consistency of our maintenance processes.
? Deployment of Risk Management program related to equipment reliability according Group’s policy.
? Animation of the Maintenance Family in AP zone by:
- Animating the network of maintenance managers
- Disseminating knowledge e.g. through an academy approach for professional skills development
- Being involved in recruitment or mobility of maintenance managers
? Promotion of Solvay maintenance expertise and skills outside the company in order to attract new talents.
? Development of a knowledge base in Maintenance Excellence intelligence through external contacts (academics, professional associations…).
? In relation with Corporate Digital team but also with any useful external contact, network, professional associations, start-ups, innovation centres, search, define and propose new innovative digital tools with a potential of Value Creation in the field of Reliability & Maintenance of our assets.
? Support the deployment of the Group digital initiatives in the field of Reliability & Maintenance.

Profiles:
? Master degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
? More than 10 years in Maintenance Management.
? Strong technical background (mechanical, instrumentation, process, construction…).
? Strong behavioural skills in Achievement Drive and Impact & Influence.
? Good mentoring/coaching attitude / aptitude.
? Strong experience in change management.
? Strong project Leadership.
? Full time travelling across Asia Pacific countries.
? Spoken languages: fluent English mandatory; Chinese expected; other Asian languages optional. 举报 分享
