职位描述：
Report to: Team Manger

Responsible for:
- preparing export documents (Invoice, Packing list)
- apply for certificate of origin
- arranging customer clearance for export goods
- arrange VAT invoice from/to supplier/customer
- arranging logistics - pickup of cargo and vessel/air freight booking
- arrange documents to bank for negotiation
- followup of payments with customer/suppliers


Qualifications Required

- *** Aged 25~45 who can read and write in English well, spoken English is a plus
- Ability to use computer softwares like Outlook, Excel, Word is a must
- Should be a person willing to work sincerely and take responsibility
- Should be willing to learn new skills
- Should be well organized and should be able to manage time well.
- Should be able to work effectively under pressure.
- experience of working in a logistics company is preferred
- House should be located not very far from our office (#1221 Yan An Xi Road)
