职位描述：
Responsibilities: 工作职责：
1.Follow up and monitor the progress of all food and wine purchase orders.
跟进和监控所有食材和酒水采购订单的进展状况；
2.Track & manage purchase order delivery, push supplier to solve delivery delay to assure on time delivery.
跟踪和管理采购订单交付，督促并确保供应商准时交货；
3.Coordinate with finance department for purchasing related matters such as applying for payment, processing incoming invoices.
与财务部门协调申请付款、传递发票等相关事宜；
4.Organize, maintain and keep proper filling and record of procurement document and reports.
组织、维护和及时填写采购记录和发送采购报告；
5.Plan and implement activities related to the timely and cost effective procurement.
有效的制定采购计划和及时采购相关物品、有效的控制采购成本；
6.Engage in negotiation and administration of pricing agreements and supplier contracts for optimal terms.
供应商谈判价格，争取最优的价格，参与合同谈判并争取最优条件；
7.Supplier performance evaluation and maintain close supplier relationship management
主导供应商的绩效评估以及积极的供应商关系维护与管理；
8.Review and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on market conditions for assigned food categories.
根据市场状况对指定的食品种类做评估和提交周、月及季度报告。

Requirements: 岗位要求：
1. College degree or above, major in related purchasing preferred, Over 3 years Purchasing experience.
专科以上学历，采购相关专业优先，3年以上采购经验。
2. Familiar with supply chain management, Familiar with F&B industry preferred.
熟悉供应链管理，熟悉餐饮行业优先
3. Fluency in English spoken and written, good trouble shooter and good communication skill.
英文听写熟练，善于沟通并解决问题；
4. Strong interpersonal, communications, negotiation & presentation skills are essential.
良好的人际沟通谈判和表达技巧；
5. Strong organization skills and planning skills, integrity and a good team player.
