职位描述：
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

? Five to eight years experience in treasury or commodity trade finance area with in-depth knowledge of treasury products, commodity trade finance mechanism and risk management applications
? Possessing good communication skills to manage the relationship with banks, government bodies and internal stakeholders
? High degree of analytic skill and exposure to internal control will be highly preferred. Previous experience with multinational company or banking background will be required
? Ability to work in a team environment
? Ability to multi task, problem-solve and work independently
? Advanced spreadsheet skills
? Exposure to/knowledge of treasury system is a plus
? Capable to work effectively under pressure and tight deadline
? Legal understanding of PBOC and SAFE local policies
? English and Local language excellent oral and written a must

Key Responsibilities
? Coordinate with Treasurer to manage cash flow and to maintain bank relationship
? Be responsible for day-to-day conversation with more than 30 banks to perform domestic trade finance and treasury functions ie setting up credit lines, negotiating interest rates, monitoring and analysing FX activities etc.
? Coordinate with Treasurer to conduct cash flow forecast analysis and optimize financing cost
? Assist in optimizing bank line utilization to support domestic trading activities
? Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on various projects
? Produce daily liquidity report, inventory financing status report and other reports for managements’ review
? Other ad-hoc tasks as required
? Flexible with business trip in case of need
