岗位职责：

I. E-commerce initiatives电子商务工作事务

 

1) Work closely with Full Jet e-commerce team to carry out the e-marketing plan, with the objective to increase sales/traffic on e-commerce channels eg: JD, Tmall, other e-platforms.

密切配合满捷的电子商务团队，开展网络营销计划，以达到京东、天猫或其他电商渠道的销售额及流量的增长：

2) Responsible for data analysis in the backend and prepare the daily/weekly/monthly sales and data reports.

负责后端数据分析，准备日度/周度/月度销售数据报表

3) Under the leadership of the e-store manager, execute the media buy setting and adjustments on a daily basis in Zhitongche, Zuanzhan, and Taobaoke…

在网店店长领导下，进行每日的直通车、钻展和淘宝客等广告投放的设置和调整...

4) Check and monitor the stock quantity and prepare the right product merchandising

检查及监控商品库存，并准备合适的店铺陈列

5) Assist the E-store Manager, in developing and implementing online promotion campaigns (sampling incentives, CRM, coupons, special offers etc)

协助网店店长制定及实施线上推广营销活动（样品试用体验激励、CRM客户关系管理，优惠券，特价优惠等）

6) Make sure that all e-commerce initiatives are fully integrated with digital marketing, CRM and online to offline activities.

确保所有开展的电商事务能全面整合数字营销，CRM、以及O2O线上至线下的动态。

 

II. E-commerce business analysis and reporting电子商务业务分析和报告

 

1) Analysis of e-commerce sales and marketing campaigns

电子商务的销售额与营销推广活动的分析

2) Monitor purchase-sale-stock, providing status reports on a regular basis

监控进销存的状态，定期提供进销存报表

3) Provide the product request list for Brands to prepare goods

为品牌方备货提供产品销售备货单

4) Assist line manager in working closely with all corporate colleagues to provide a clear understanding of e-commerce marketing campaigns and promotions and all other all key issues

协助直线经理与公司其他同事的紧密配合，为电子商务营销推广促销活动及所有其他相关重要事项提供清晰见解

任职要求：

1) Good understanding and knowledge of e-commerce

具备电子商务知识，并对其有清晰理解

2) Extremely rigorous especially for data Management

数据管理上尤为严谨扎实

3) Comfortable with Office, especially Excel

熟悉Office操作，尤其是Excel

4) Good at problem solving

擅长解决问题

5) Entrepreneurial: able and willing to work in a small size start-up organization where versatility is a must and where one is asked to multitask. Can take initiatives
