Main Responsibilities:
1. Logistics Management
Work independently to follow-up daily shipment with various parties when required to ensure orders will be shipped out as per plan.
Solve any problem related to 3PL/shipping lines/Opco logistics
Monitor 3PLs’ origin offices to ensure 100% SOP compliance.
2. System Data Integrity
Ensure data integrity & timely update in Apex as well as DSS relating to shipment information.
Job Requirements:
1. At least 3 years in logistics business – sourcing offices, forwarders, shipping lines, fully understand import-export process for Asia to Europe shipment.
2. Familiar with European shipping market will be an advantage.
3.Good at MS Word, Excel* & Email, Good interpersonal / communication skills, Good team-player, able to motivate team members, Supply chain knowledge
