职位描述：
Key responsibility
? Assist on the translations for the project proposals / final reports;
? Support project managers on administrative aspects of various projects;
? Help on project key information collection and analysis;
? Support on reports formatting and polishing;
? Assist on expense reports and sort invoice for approval;
? Other tasks assigned by the department.

Candidates’ requirement
? Bachelor degree or above in environmental / safety engineering, or related science or engineering major.
? Fluency in Chinese and English, especially for reading & writing;
? Creativity and good at office software;
? Good communication skills and learning capability;
? Be able to work at least 3 days per week.




职位: EHS 实习生

工作地点：上海黄浦区

主要工作职责：
? 协助翻译项目意向书/报告等；
? 协助项目经理完成各类项目的行政相关部分；
? 协助搜集项目相关的主要信息并开展初步分析；
? 协助报告的格式排版与美化；
? 协助整理发票、制作报销单；
? 其它部门内指派的任务；

? 环境工程/安全工程或相关的理工科本科及以上学位；
? 熟练的中英文读写能力；
? 富有创造性，并精通办公软件的使用；
? 较好的沟通技巧和学习能力；
