MAIN TASKS 主要工作职责：
Improve product quality to achieve the company’s development request.
根据公司的发展要求来提高产品质量
Be familiar with the structure and characteristics of products.
熟悉产品的结构和特性；
Be familiar with the performance of the assembly lines and its fitting. Design, modify the fitting to the line,process the required fitting.
熟悉总装流水线及其他装配设备的性能,设计、改造装配、加工需要的装备；
Resolve the technical problems during chief assembly and parts assembly.
解决总装/部装生产过程中的技术问题；
Prepare assembly process files.
编制装配工艺文件；
Supervise the implementation of process files.
监督工艺文件执行情况；
Conduct tests of assembly process, material, parts and equipments.
进行装配工艺、材料、零部件和设备试验；
Tracking product quality and try to improve first-check quality product rate.
对产品质量跟踪分析，提高一次合格率。
Put forward optimizing project, continuously improving production environment and technical equipments.
提出优化生产方案,不断改善生产环境和技术装备
Adjust assembly process, technical equipments, material flow and station layout through their efficiency analysis. Improve current fitting to improve working efficiency.
进行装配工艺、技术装备, 物料流程、工作场地效率分析调整，努力提高效率；
To reduce manufacturing cost.
为了降低生产成本；
To increase equipments usage rate.
为了提高设备的利用率
To improve output.
为了提高产品质量。
Arrange temporary manufacturing process.
安排临时生产工艺；
Supervise pilot production and sampling.
EP/PP试生产及送样测试。
Offer skill training to the operators.
对操作工进行技能培训。
Offer effective data and information.
提供有效的数据和信息。
MINIMA PROFILE 职位需求：
Diploma of higher education or above .
大专及以上学历；
Major in Mechanical Design & Automation or Industrial Engineering .
机械设计及自动化或者工业工程专业毕业；
More than 3 year’s related experience in the field of industrial automation as an engineer.
1年以上工业自动化行业工艺工程师工作经历。
