The Position
Job Title: Marketing & Sales Assistant
Reports to: Assistant of VP


The Challenge
1. To provide professional administrative support to defined ANH staff. Ensure the operation is in compliance to DSM policy and procedure.
2. Provide professional administrative support to sales director / local solutions director to ensure the operation are in efficient and accurate manner
3. Coordinate and communicate with internal cross-function departments for the issues assigned by Sales Director & local solutions director.
4. Assist Sales Director & local solutions director to have good and efficient internal communication and administration management of sale team & local solutions team, especially for those related to regional managers.
5. Coordinate and facilitate various meetings/sales convention/key customer activity/team building to ensure all details are in line with the requests, including necessary travel, accommodations etc.
6. Follow up the issues assigned by Sales Director & local solutions director.
7. Assist regional managers/ local solutions team to deal with daily paper work and administration affairs.
8. Take initiative to implement and execute variety activities assigned by sales director & local solutions director.


The Ideal
1. University graduate, bachelor degree, major in marketing/sales/administration is preferred.
2. Familiar with computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office, especially for Excel and PPT
3. The job requires strong planning and organizing ability. The job holder should be capable to handle multi-task with sense of business needs and time emergency.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are strongly required.
5. Proactive mind and behavior.
6. Flexibility to travel may also be required
