职位描述：
Role & Responsibility
> Lead OEM supplier and subcontractors' quality system audit, initiate audit report and drive continuous improvement.
> Perform sampling inspection to OEM products and key components, prepare quality documents before delivery.
> Monitor OEM supplier process quality, randomly carry out process audit to verify OEM supplier's compliance and consistence.
> Fulfill quality requirements from internal & external customers on projects & products, establish quality standards to drive supplier to follow up.
> Support on internal and external customer complaint, properly use CAPA / 8D to drive for effective improvement and follow up verification.
> Coach suppliers to establish FMEA, QC plan as per RBI procedure, review PPAP report and release for mass production.
> Support sourcing on supplier capacity, delivery and other key performance evaluation.

> Accountability
> Bachelor degree in engineering, mechanics, material or equivalent, at least 3yrs in technical or supplier quality management.
> Proven experience of quality tool training & implementation of FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, QC plan, CAPA, 8D, LEAN, Poka-Yoke at supplier site.
> Knowledge of gearbox ass'y & testing, and processes of metal, plastic & finishing.
> Skilled in measuring tools of caliper, OMM, hardness, metallographic, salty spray etc. CMM operation is a plus.
> Fluent in English speaking and writing.
> Excellent PC and Microsoft Office.
> Proven team member, good communication skill with internal & external.
