职位描述：
Job Description
- 根据公司业务发展需要、利润目标要求和中国保监会、协助维护各个精算模型，设定各项精算假设，进行经验分析，以确保精算模型产生的结果的准确性。
- 熟悉、了解公司精算模型，协助完成新产品或会计准则新要求在精算模型中的构建。
- 协助参与各个精算假设的设定，确保公司精算假设符合中国保监会的各项精算规定。
- 协助参与保单经验分析，为内部和客户方的有关工作提供数据支持。

Qualifications
- 大学全日制本科或以上学历，主修精算或统计专业。
- 通过3门或以上美国精算协会或者中国精算协会考试
- 初步了解寿险，养老险精算知识。
- 掌握保险原理。
- 良好数学背景
- 良好分析能力
