Job Title: Receptionist
Report to: Operation Manager
Main Contacts: Clients, visitors, internal managers

 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

？ To welcome internal staff and external visitors at the forefront of office.
？ Be responsible for administrative work like stationary management, invoicing, attendance system.
？ Support with security management
？ Support on other ad hoc project/tasks


 PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

？ Fluent in English, good communication skills.
？ Basic French language knowledge is a plus.
？ University degree major in administration or relevant field.
？ 0-2 years’ working experience.
