The Manager of Human Resources department is a key strategic and operational business partner responsible for leading all China efforts associated with the management of Ethertronics human resource business objectives. The responsibilities include total compensation and incentives, recruitment and retention, performance management, benefits, employee relations and HR data systems. This leader, in concert with the Management, Finance Leadership, Legal and Human Resources Leadership Teams, will design, implement and successfully administer human resource programs, policies, and objectives and play a primary role in creating competitive and innovative programs designed to attract, integrate, and retain employee talent essential to achieving business objectives. The candidate preferably has worked at an International US based Public company.
Tasks and responsibilities:
1.Links human resources initiatives to organizational objectives by quickly grasping business strategies and leveraging programs to support their achievement
2.Leverages the necessary teams as a critical enabler in the achievement of global, regional and functional business strategies
3. Develop and implement a strategic recruitment plan to address short-and long-term staffing requirements for the organization in applicable locations.
4. Provides interpretation of corporate policies and procedures; Identify and help improve HR Policy and Procedures as needed.
5.Ensure Policies and Procedures are changed, adapted or updated to meet business, company or geography needs.
6. Administer Ethertronics’ Performance Management program to ensure a culture of top performance and high achievement. Guide management on handling sensitive performance management, terminations and other employee relations matters.
7. Have sufficient controls and metrics in place to manage costs and measure HR effectiveness.
8. Direct and conduct training programs on topics including sexual harassment, selection, motivation, office productivity, performance management and diversity trainings etc
9. Provides for the design and administration of employee compensation programs, incentive and payroll calculation & administration with manufacturing background.
10. Appropriate compliant processes for compensation, benefits and HR data management
11.Conducts benchmarking studies that assess and align internal compensation programs with comparable external pay practices
12. Administers a full range of benefits programs including program enhancements, benefit contract renewal, service contract administration, benefits enrolment, and leave administration
13. Manages government compliance, record retention and training requirements
14. Oversees the administration and enhancement of the HR data
15. Coordinates the analysis and administration of Board of Directors, sales and executive compensation and equity incentive programs
16. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
17. Working with senior managers, coaching them and advising on all HR issues.
Preferred education and experience:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
* Certificate of HR management
* At least 5 years of related experience in similar or comparable roles
* Highly motivated team player, who creates an atmosphere of collaboration, enthusiasm and outstanding results
* Strong leadership skills coupled with a versatile communication style and demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate complex ideas and business concepts.
* Quick study, able to handle complex matters simultaneously with ability to manage both strategic issues and tactical operational details.
* Managerial experience in developing and supporting programs related to talent development, staffing and organization effectiveness practices.
* Familiarity with current and leading practices related to mergers & organizational integration techniques.
* Proven track record of effectively developing staff and organization talent.
* Has strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Prior experience in developing and administering equity and cash incentive programs.
* Current and working knowledge of domestic and international market pay concepts and practices.
* Experiences with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues.
* Fluent in English and Chinese. CET-6 is a at least requirement with strong verbal skills,
