BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THIS ROLE

This role is responsible for logistics relative actives. S/he act as resource of 3PL logistics service like freight forwarder, Warehouse, broker and transporter etc. To coordinate export shipments from China to other NEA and APEC countries, and apply policies/SOPs/rules per compliance. Arrange replenishment transportation in China. Tracking and documenting shipment, delivery issues and carrier performance. Communication within SC team, Operation and logistics service provider. Maintain SAP transaction, arrange payment in an accurate and timely manner. This role will be back up for importing operation and other China local deliveries if required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Process intra-company PGI transportation destination in China, arrange delivery, tracking, export declaration and invoicing in SAP correctly and promptly.
2. Coordinate with freight forwarder for exporting declaration in Customs /CIQ ensure on time shipment according to the requirements in place and applicable policies/SOPs/rules to ensure compliance.
3. Ensure logistics service providers comply with established processes on operations requirement. Support her manager to monitor Service providers' performance.
4. Take appropriate action on damaged products during transportation. Find the root cause of delivery issues and take action to improve the process. Timely log into IM system.
5. Issue freight PO upon requested, ensure service providers' invoices are promptly verified for approval to pay on time.
6. Coordinate SAP issue through CA ticket request and working with ES&O.
7. Other duties as assigned by the Team Leader/Manager.

PREREQUISITES

1. International Logistics knowledge, Customs regulations knowledge. Knowledge of Letter of Credit will be an added advantage
2. Knowledge of order processes and international trade (import/export) processes and documentation handling.
3. Good English communication, verbal and written
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
5. Experience with LE TMS user of SAP, Microsoft Excel and other basic business software applications
6. Proven skills for problem analysis, root cause determination, and solution development
