职位描述：
The manager role for Volvo Car Financial Services is responsible for retail and wholesale finance business. And this position will be focus on retail or wholesale business based on the candidate’s background and experience.

Principal Responsibilities (Focus on wholesale business):
?Manage relationships with bank and auto finance company (AFC), ensure VCDC get full support from all financial providers. Assist to negotiate and introduce new financial provider if necessary.
?Review the dealer credit line utilization and stock run monthly, and cooperate with regional sales team, ensure all the dealers get full funding support.
?Ensure new dealers get wholesale full funding support when it goes alive.
?Negotiate and push bank/AFC fulfill dealers all kinds of funding requirement.
?Ensure all wholesale vehicle orders and payments be processed smoothly internally and externally.
?Plan and organize dealer training program.
?Identify, drive and implement new volume/profit opportunity finance initiatives.


Principal Responsibilities (Focus on retail business):
?Manage relationships with bank and auto finance company (AFC), ensure all the vendors launch the retail financial program as required.
?Design the retail financial product with sales strategy team as required.
?Negotiate and execute the all kinds of co-marketing program with retail vendor as required.
?Review retail performance regularly and ensure retail penetration on its track.
?Plan and organize dealer training program.
?Identify, drive and implement new volume/profit opportunity finance initiatives.
Education:
?College degree or above in Finance or Sales.

Experience
?Proven financial services expertise in the automotive industry indicated at least 5 years of progressive industry experience.

Skills
?Project Management skills generally acquired through leadership positions on projects of cross functional nature
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, gain credibility, cooperation and make effective presentations.
?Strong understanding of the automotive sales and financing business
?Knowledge of OEM’s sales and dealers’ operation
?Advanced knowledge of both wholesale and retail business of automotive finance
?Excellent MS Office skills including Excel and Power point
