Responsibilities:

You need to make the company even more competitive by securing quality from our new and existing suppliers

维护及开发供应商以保证质量的稳定性， 增强品牌的竞争力

You need build close relationships with key suppliers.

维护好与主要供应商之间的合作关系

You will support the sourcing team to create the quality manual for production and QC reference in securing quality on new products.

对业务开发提供技术支持，制定产品标准， 保证新产品稳定的质量标准

You will secure quality are the same level globally for our Branded Furniture, and secure alignment on quality levels between the European and Asian team’s.

即使生产地不同， 也要保证我们提供给全球的产品或部件达到同样的质量水平

You will handle claims from clients in Europe or Asia, to create the monthly claim report, and follow up with CAP with QC team to prevent new claim or similar mistake happening.

协助处理客诉， 制定及跟进改进计划，做到预防

You will provide clients with good service on handling claims in professional and fast way.

快速反馈， 客户满意

You need to implement quality improvements plans for suppliers in China based on inspection findings or complaint from customers.

循序改进， 质量提升

You will be responsible for securing that our product gets the needed certification according to market request.

产品质量验证， 根据欧盟指令保证产品符合要求

Requirements:

Bachelor and above

本科及本科以上

technical / engineering background 工程技术类专业

have strong technical background to analyze and deal with problems 较强的技术背景来分析解决问题

You should be a person with energy, dynamic, and you are able to remain calm, and in control in high pressure situations. 充满活力， 热情， 能够保持冷静， 控制情绪， 抗压

You can manage several tasks at the same time

能够同时承担多重工作压力

We expect you to have more experience on quality assurance from furniture industry or buying office at least 5 years 在相关的同等职位就职五年以上， 具有很强的家具类开发及标准制定的实战经验
