职位描述：
Key Responsibilities
1. After win a new project, facilitate and lead kickoff projects meeting that involves all internal function department to meet the project deadlines;
2. Work closely with all departments and monitor their progress so that any deviations or issues could be resolved on-time;
3. Establish close working relationship with all levels in the organization and be a team player;
4. Regularly conduct status reviews with internal team and communicate customer’s requirements clearly to ensure project is within scope.
5. Regularly work with all releated internal dept to compile different reports for new project status / issues / difficualties / mitigation plan etc.
6. Work as a leader to whole project team, assist the project manager in managing the entire project team to meet schedule&cost&quality target;
7. Any other tasks that the company may assign from time to time.

Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
2. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in project management in electric OEM industry
3. Computer Good Microsoft (EXCEL, PPT, Word, Project), AutoCAD or Pre/E skill is required.
4. Strong organizing, planning, priority setting and problem solving skills.
5. Good communication and inter- personal skills with the ability to interact with different levels and cross functional team.
6. Good leadership, willing to work under pressure to help other teammates to oversee their NPI job.
7. Ability to express clearly in English both oral & written communications.
