职位描述：
Capital Markets Sector Executive may work on Capital Markets together with multiple PE accounts dependent on account size and scope. A Sector Executive will be responsible for the following two key areas:
1. Sector/Account management
2. Communication and administration
 
Sector/Account management: 80%
? Fully understand the accounts and sector (e.g. Company background, financial data, recent development, members of BOD)
? Maintain the relevant KPIs and regularly revenue review against milestones and targets; including effective engagement and pursuit activity data and reports to team;
? Take charge of the opportunity pipeline and update the relevant systems and databases;
? Coordinate and facilitate account team meetings/review sessions;
? Support pursuits by coordinating the use and dissemination of relevant information;
? Own relationship matrix;
? Proactively work with function teams to develop activity plans;
? Act as the central point of contact for the account team (all countries/ all functions);
? Work with GLP to implement Client Care program for the account;
? Others as required by the Markets team and/or account team, e.g. revenue planning, etc.

Communication and administration: 20%
? Assist with the communications (e.g client trainings, client newsletters, value scorecards)
? Assist with the client relationship ownership
? Track the account pipeline

? Proactive behavior such as action items/follow-up, input/ideas and account teaming
